Why this form exists
In August 2026 we measured the websites of twenty-three small Geneva employers: more than half have no careers page at all. Their openings appear nowhere — not on job boards, not in our searches. This form exists for them.
What we check before publishing
1Your domain
We send a confirmation email to an address on your domain. That is what stops a listing from appearing in the name of an employer who did not write it.
2A human review
Someone on our team reads every listing. We publish nothing automatically.
3An expiry date
Your listing withdraws itself on the date you set, and you can withdraw it earlier through a link, without an account.
The Swiss job vacancy reporting obligation
In Switzerland, a role in an occupation type whose unemployment rate reaches 5 % must first be reported to the public employment service. The employer may not publish it anywhere else for five working days, counted from the first working day after it goes online.
We have no access to the SECO portal and cannot verify this on your behalf. A breach carries a fine of up to 40,000 francs.
